Please mail us two separate checks (one for the Ride Fee and one for the Reservation Deposit Guarantee). We will hold both checks until the ride day. At that time, if all reservations requirements are met, we will void your Deposit Guarantee and fax or mail you a copy of the voided check.

Trips For Kids MUST receive the total due at least 3 weeks before the ride date. If we do not receive your payment, we will not guarantee your ride and we may give the date to another group. For reservations made less than 3 weeks before the ride date, Trips For Kids must receive the total due within 72 hours of the making of the reservation.

Be sure that the name of your organization and the date of ride(s) are listed on your check or on this invoice. Your canceled check is your receipt of payment. Make your checks payable to Trips For Kids and mail it to:

Trips For Kids will return your Reservation Deposit Guarantee within 10 days of the completion of the ride.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made 2 weeks or more before your scheduled ride date will entitle your group to a full refund of all fees. If your group fails to cancel your reservation at least 2 weeks before your scheduled ride date, Trips For Kids will not refund either the Ride Fee or the Reservation Deposit Guarantee unless we are able to book another group for your scheduled ride date. If we do book another group, we will refund your Reservation Deposit Guarantee but we will not refund your Ride Fee.
