CHAPTER SPOTLIGHT: Birmingham Gets Some Help from Goats

Trips for Kids Birmingham recently held a fundraiser in conjunction with two of their local community supporters. It was a unique coupling between a local art gallery and therapy goats!

Pictured in-between goat supporters, Clarine on left and Flanders on the right) is Birmingham's executive director, Doug Brown.

Event participants sipped hot toddies while viewing local artwork and were also give the opportunity to take selfie photos with Clarine and Flanders. The gallery donated 10% of their proceeds during the evening and Clarine and Flanders offered up their mugs in exchange for a donation to their local Trips for Kids.

"It’s amazing how many people wanted their picture with Flanders and Clarine (goats)," commented Doug.
