SAVE-THE-DATE: Second Annual Jamboree at Sea Otter

We are pleased to announce that the operators of Sea Otter Classic have invited us to hold our Second Annual Trips for Kids Jamboree during the Sea Otter Classic in Monterey, CA. This year's jamboree will take place on Saturday, April 13. Campers will enjoy experiences such as:

  • Full day of Sea Otter activities (including riding!)
  • Sponsor meet and greets
  • Bonding time with fellow campers throughout the day
  • Campsite dinner
  • Special Sunday morning ride together

Last year, Trips for Kids Bulldog Riders, High Desert Riders and Marin chapters along with chapter leaders from Buellton, City of Lakes, Denver and Tulare County were able network and share best practices and even volunteer time at our booth.

It is a wonderful time for our youth participants, staff and volunteers.

Stay tuned to The Trail Blazer for more details to follow.

Eric Supil, Trips for Kids Charlotte's ReCyclery manager is photographed on right along side Scout Brian who stepped up to make a difference for youth in his community.

TFK Charlotte shared that Brian chose them for his Eagle Scout project of leading other local scouts in building and donating 30 bikes to their chapter. Brian's Troop is also doing trail work and preservation in their community in order to achieve their Eagle Scout designation.
