FALL CHAPTER SUPPORT CODE RELEASED

We are happy to share that you will be able to begin ordering your chapter support items from the online chapter shop beginning October 15 through December 15.

Each code is for $250 (valued at $750 retail).

The instructions for ordering are very similar to the previous process that took place in July, with a few updates to note:

  • Once your order is received, due to current staffing at our warehouse, it may take up to 30 business days to fulfill your order.
  • You will be contacted to select alternative products if your items are no longer available.

Please review the chapter support ordering process for fall 2019 HERE.

NOTE: Trips for Kids branded merchandise can not be purchased with your chapter code. You can purchase branded merchandise at cost year-round. You would need to place a separate order and pay shipping on branded merchandise.

What is the code?

Code for this quarter is: Chapter Support Fall 2019

Just a few flavor examples that Zevia offers.

WHAT IS ZEVIA AND WHY SHOULD I ORDER IT?

Some of you have already placed your Zevia order. I'm been receiving some questions about how Zevia tastes and that is a fantastic question, but really hard for me to answer because everyone's palate is different, correct?

What is most important to know is the main sweetener in Zevia's products is Stevia Leaf

Extract which is a natural sweetener. Some people love the taste of Stevia, some people find that it tastes sweeter to them than sugar and some just don't enjoy the taste.

I'm strictly a water, tea and coffee drinker. I personally enjoy the Zevia tea products, where my kids LOVE everything from their tea, soda alternative and energy drink products, but "DISCLAIMER ALERT," I do not let my kids drink soda, so for them Zevia is quite a treat. My son discovered the product on his own last year when he was power lifting so we knew about Zevia before they even became a partner.

Ingredients in the ginger root beer flavored Zevia soda.

The drinks come in multiple flavors and when you order, Zevia will send you a variety of flavors to try.

If you are on the fence about ordering, I would recommend going ahead and ordering the product. This allows your youth, volunteers and staff to try it for free. Just like with any

drink, some people will LOVE it and some may prefer to go with water, BUT you can provide a choice and introduce your kids to a better alternative than sugary soda and tea drinks. You will want to note that the ingredients vary slightly per product type and product flavor.

The soda can versions arrive 24 per case in a box size that is roughly sized 16.5 L X 13 W X 7 h. The tea cans are tall and skinnier and come eight to a box. I do not have the dimensions on those boxes, but think cube shaped boxed with eight approximately 6" cans enclosed with bubble wrap.

Zevia is allowing each chapter to place their order to include product for the remainder of your programs for this year and estimated Trips for Kids programs through 2020.

Still not sure about the product? I would suggest ordering some to try. We do hope to have the opportunity to re-order in 2021.

For additional details, please read last week's edition of the Trail Blazer. You must provide answers to those questions so I can get your orders fulfilled. Thanks!
