US POSTAL CYCLING TEAM BICYCLE UP FOR AUCTION

This iconic bike which was owned by the infamous 2001 US Postal Service Pro Cycling Team (2001 USOC Team of the Year) could have been ridden by Lance Armstrong, George Hincapie, Tom Boonen, Christian Vande Velde, Victor Hugo Pena, Levi Leipheimer, Viatcheslav Ekimov, Roberto Heras or others!

The bike was donated by a gentleman from Marin County (California) who worked with the

US Postal Team owner, Thom WeiselMark Gorski, the Team Manager, gave him this bike as a gift in appreciation for his work for the Team. He kept the gift in his garage for 18 years and donated it to Trips for Kids a couple of months ago because of his appreciation for our organization.

It is now up for auction on eBay through July 28. Feel free to share THIS LINK with anyone you think might interested in owning a piece of cycling history!
