The Secrets to Sustainability for Non-profit Organizations

Remember that each of you provides value to your community. You are not alone, it's a matter of locating those with like interests and building local partnerships. Learning how to sustain your programming is vital.

This message directly below is for all, not just new chapters, established ones are included. Some chapters may struggle year to year and we want to help.

Don't be afraid to ask questions from your fellow chapter peers and from your national team. Do you have an idea, but are not sure about the validity? Run it by your full Trips for Kids family. We are all here to help and support one another.

Learning from others mistakes are equally important as successes. Also, certain ideas may work for one, but not for all but that does not mean you should not try. Finding out others challenges first may help you avoid them.

Utilize not only your local team, but your entire Trips for Kids family. We all want to see each other succeed.

Do you want to reach-out to another chapter, but may be a bit shy at doing so? Maybe you are not sure which chapter may be able to help? Contact me and I'll make the introductions for you.
